San Francisco Edwardian

Sonoma County Coastline

Coastal Mix

A House in the Woods

Casa Palmera

North Bay Contemporary

This San Francisco Edwardian, over 90 years old, was completely redesigned by RHD. The owners wanted a worldly, sophisticated look that would incorporate antiques and other furnishings from Europe and Asia. This project was published in San Francisco's Gentry Design Magazine, and the article, reproduced in the "publications" section, describes many of the pieces.

This architectural gem facing the ocean was completely remodeled by RHD. All finishes, fixtures, lighting, and furnishings were either selected or custom design by RHD. The owners wanted a clean, contemporary feel with some rustic pieces and a chic style.

This Marin County cliff-top residence is designed with a mix of American folk and ethnic pieces. The owners collections were mixed with "new" furnishings to complete the look. Upholstery designed by RHD is neutral and comfortable, complimented by the more striking art.

This home was completely gutted and remodeled by RHD. All finishes, fixtures, lighting, and furnishings were either selected or custom designed by RHD. The owners wanted a contemporary home with some antiques. A media room was designed that enclosed a former courtyard. The new bathrooms were a high priority.

This Carmel residence was fashioned after the famous Casa Palmero in Pebble Beach. The concept is consistently executed throughout the home. Furnishings are country French and Italian, comfortable and elegant. All upholstery is custom designed.

This Great Room had to accommodate entertaining, a place to eat, tv watching, some display, and musical instruments, including a grand piano. The client also wanted it to be visually interesting, rich and comfortable.
